In March 1990, He started working at Bim Son Commercial Bank, Thanh Hoa province. From 1994 to April 1998, he held the role of Accounting Office Manager. From May 1998 to March 2005, He worked at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank). From April 2005 to June 2015, He held the role of Head Accounting Officer of the Vietnam National Financial Switching Joint Stock Company Banknetvn. From July 2015 to July 2020, He was NAPAS’s Head of Supervisory Board for the 2015-2020 tenure. Since August 2020, He has been holding the role of Head of Supervisory Board for the 2020-2025 tenure.
