From 1997 to 2007, He held multiple roles at VDC-VNPT, including: Technical Department Engineer, Center of Computing and Data Transmission Sector 1; Special Engineer at VDC’s office, Director’s Assistant; consultant, coordination supporter, project deployer, Deputy Manager of Integration and System Development Department/Technical Director. In 2007, He was appointed as Smartlink’s Deputy CEO.
After the merger between Banknetvn and Smartlink to become NAPAS, since April 2015, He has been holding the role of Deputy CEO, in charge of the Business Group.
