Telecom Top-up Service is the service provided by NAPAS to Banks/Agents allowing holders of cards/accounts issued by Banks/Agents to top-up their prepaid service accounts (mobile phone accounts, digital content services, etc.) of service providers connected to NAPAS in anytime, anywhere by the Bank/Agent’s transaction channels including but not limited to such as: Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, Kiosk Banking, ATM, POS, Transaction Counter.
