In 1996, He started working at the Information Bureau, State Bank of Vietnam. In 2015, He was appointed as Deputy Director of the Information Bureau, State Bank of Vietnam. In February 2019, He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the National Payment Corporation of Vietnam (NAPAS). In April 2019, He became a member of NAPAS’s Board of Directors for the 2015-2020 tenure, concurrently Chief Executive Officer. In March 2020, He started his tenure as Chairman of the Board of Directors, from 2020 to 2025.
