In 1996, She started working at the Management Board of international crediting projects, State Bank of Vietnam. In 2009, She held the role of Deputy Chief of the Financial Sector Modernization and Information Management System Project of the State Bank of Vietnam. In May 2020, She was appointed as NAPAS’s Deputy CEO, later was appointed to be in charge of the company’s Board of Executives from August 2020 to April 2022. In August 2020, She became a member of the company’s Board of Directors for the 2020-2025 tenure, concurrently Deputy CEO.
