In 2001, He started working at OSBC, Singapore, and once held the role of Vice Chairman. Since May 2012, He has been working at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank), holding the role of Chief Officer of Information Technology Center. Since March 2015, he has been holding the role of Vietinbank’s Deputy CEO.
In July 2015, He became a member of NAPAS’s Board of Directors for the 2015-2020 tenure. In August 2020, he continued to be a member of NAPAS’s Board of Directors for the 2020-2025 tenure.
