After the merger between Banknetvn and Smartlink to become NAPAS, He held the role of Deputy CEO from April 2015 to March 2022. Since April 2022, He has been a member of NAPAS’s Board of Directors for the 2020-2025 tenure, as well as NAPAS’s Chief Executive Officer.
