2. What should customers do when the money is deducted but the recipients still do not receive the money in their account?
Customers can contact the hotlines of the issuing banks or send inquiry requests according to the specific regulations of each bank.
3. What is the maximum amount that customers can make using the NAPAS FastFund 247 service?
According to current regulations of the State Bank, NAPAS FastFund 247 service allows customers to transfer money with a maximum amount of under 500 million VND per transaction.

1. In case chip transactions cannot be proceeded, how do I make the transactions?
In case the customer cannot make a transaction with the chip on the card and the screen of the accepting device appears with the message: “Make a transaction with a magnetic stripe", please perform a swipe of the card to make the same payment as a regular card.
2. How do I know if my domestic debit card is contactless?
Cards with contactless payment feature will have an icon on it. When paying, please touch the card to the icon on the acceptance devices at the point of sale for goods and services for payment.
3. What if I accidentally “touch” more than one time when paying?
When touching the card to the contactless acceptance point on the acceptance device, if the device receives a contactless signal from the card, the screen on the device will show the transaction confirmation and no more contactless signal will be received.
