The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Cong Su, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of Quang Binh District People's Council; Mr. Hoang Van Du, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of Ban Ria Commune People's Council. From SBV, there were Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hai, Director of the State Bank of Ha Giang province branch and officials of entities in the Emulation Block of SBV Public Service Organizations.

This is one of the most important social security activities in the activity plan of the Emulation Block of Public Service Organizations of the State Bank in 2023 to contribute to the community, especially for people in remote communes and districts. The investment capital of the charity project to build 02 overflow bridges is about 500 million VND coming from the contribution of one day's salary of officials, civil servants, public employees and workers in the Block. The project is built in Ban Ria commune which is in a particularly difficult area of Quang Binh district, lacking many investment resources for socio-economic development with high rate of poor households and limited funding to support traffic construction. In 2023, Ban Ria commune is not allocated funds to build bridges, so completing traffic criteria in the national target program on new rural construction has been facing many difficulties.

Thanks to the attention and support of NAPAS and entities in the Emulation Block, the bridge construction project which started in August 2023 has now been completed. Possessing a scale design suitable for the new rural model, the project helps people travel more conveniently and solves difficulties in crossing streams, especially during rainy and flood seasons, contributing to the completion of the national target program to build new rural areas in Quang Binh district, Ha Giang province.

Happily receiving this meaningful project, the local government representative expressed that the project not only helped students and people in the two villages of Ban Ria commune to travel more conveniently, but also was a symbol of sharing, the spirit of mutual love, and the strong relationship between the sponsoring unit, the coordinating unit and the people of Ban Ria commune in particular and Quang Binh district in general.

Over the past years, NAPAS has continued to extend its journey of love to remote areas, connecting and sharing with many difficult circumstances, contributing to demonstrating the spirit of social responsibility to the community as well as joining hands to build and promote the social security movement of NAPAS employees, aiming at humanistic values and the traditional spirit of solidarity of the national.
