The distinguished participants comprised Comrade Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association, Representatives of the Department of Propaganda and Training of the Vietnam People's Army, Border Guard Command, Navy Command, Coast Guard Command, Military Region Command, Communications Command, General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army... Additionally, representatives from Provincial Party Committees, City Party Committees, ministries, departments, branches, and various units were present at the event.

Representatives from the banking sector included delegates from the State Bank of Vietnam, Vietcombank, MB, Agribank, and the Vietnam National Payment Joint Stock Company (NAPAS), among others.

Out of over 40,000 copies of the Xuan Nhan Dan Giap Thin 2024 newspaper distributed in celebration of the Lunar New Year, NAPAS collaborated with Nhan Dan newspaper to contribute 2,000 copies to officers and soldiers stationed in remote islands and border areas, who diligently protect the nation around the clock.

During his address at the ceremony, Comrade Le Quoc Minh remarked that, despite challenging economic conditions and numerous obstacles, the collective of Party journalists demonstrated active and proactive collaboration to successfully fulfill their tasks. Notably, they expanded the distribution of Nhan Dan Newspaper to grassroots levels, localities, and various units. Among these efforts, the Xuan Nhan Dan Giap Thin 2024 newspaper was circulated with a total of 225,000 copies.

"This is a meaningful spiritual gift given by the team of Party journalists and units, to share and promptly encourage soldiers who have to celebrate Tet away from their families and homeland to do their tasks of guarding and protecting the borders, seas and islands of the country", Comrade Le Quoc Minh emphasized.

During the ceremony, Comrade Le Quoc Minh expressed gratitude for the collaboration of various units, enterprises, banks, and organizations that contributed to the realization of this noble endeavor, the distribution of the Xuan newspaper by Nhan Dan Newspaper.

Lieutenant Colonel Mai Xuan Huong, representing the units receiving the Xuan newspapers, and serving as the Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Naval Political Department, conveyed gratitude to Nhan Dan Newspaper, as well as to the collaborating agencies and units, for orchestrating the impactful initiative of distributing newspapers to officers and soldiers stationed on the border and islands.

Comrade Mai Xuan Huong expressed profound appreciation for the Xuan Nhan Dan newspaper, recognizing its rich content and visually appealing imagery. He acknowledged its dual role as an instructive material for ideological training and a priceless spiritual gift, providing valuable encouragement for officers and soldiers in the performance of their duties, particularly in anticipation of the upcoming Lunar New Year.

For the second consecutive year, in 2024, NAPAS has collaborated with Nhan Dan newspaper to distribute Xuan newspapers to soldiers stationed on islands. This noteworthy initiative holds significance in enhancing the efficacy of disseminating the policies of the Party and Government, concurrently elevating the spiritual well-being of officers and soldiers who diligently safeguard the border and islands around the clock. It is designed to provide them with a festive Tet celebration, welcoming the Spring season with the warmth and affection bestowed upon them by the people throughout the entire country.
