In order to foster professional knowledge and skills for staff, the Company annually selects and organizes training courses at home and abroad; appoints staff to participate in international conferences/workshops; organizes field visits to learn about service delivery models of international switching companies and international card organizations for reference, selection and application of appropriate deployment models in Vietnam. In addition, the Company also invites reputable units to deploy training programs on working skills and foreign languages for employees.
