ABOUT NAPAS
National Payment Corporation of Vietnam (NAPAS) was established by the main shareholders including the State Bank of Vietnam and 15 large commercial banks in Vietnam. With the task of building the national retail payment infrastructure, NAPAS is a payment intermediary service provider licensed by the State Bank of Vietnam to provide financial switching and electronic clearing services in Vietnam.
