Financial switching and electronic clearing service with International Card Organizations is a service that allows NAPAS domestic cardholders to make a transaction at the network of International Card Organizations and vice versa, card holders of the International Card Organization to make a transaction at the ATM/ POS network of NAPAS member organizations.
